An we please make the use of drawn-out, long since unfunny internet fads and catchphrases a suspendable offence? They weren't that funny to start with, and certainly aren't funny any more by the time they reach OcUK.

Yes I'm looking at the "O RLY LOL" and Chuck Norris threads.

Chuck Norris already gets removed, and the owls will if they go too far. Will we ever start suspending for it? Doubtful, unless anyone starts trolling with it.
