Firstly if this is in the wrong section dons feel free to move it. I wasnt sure where to put it and it is quite a random question!
I need some sort of way of controlling the printing at work. I need 1) to be able to stop people printing documents (word, excel etc) without my permission and 2) when they do print them they print eco fast or draft rather than normal or best.
Is there any kind of software that will allow me to do this? Perhaps some software that pops up every time you press print requesting a password?
