A question about "Man on fire"

At the end of the movie, when Creasy dies, why does he get into 'the voice's' car?
Also, why does he die? Does he got shot on the bridge?

I really didn't understand the end

He got into the car as that was part of the agreement, to exchange himself
for the girl. He knew he was dying anyway.

See above, he knew he was dying, he was told if he doesnt rest for a couple months his gunshot wounds wouldnt heal and he would bleed to death. But his need for revenge was to great so he went to war

I thought the exchange was voice's brother for the girl?

Oh man I wish he never died
