A question about the Triigger chairs and returns policy

I quite like the look of the Vertagear Triigger chairs but they're just too expensive for me to buy one and pray that I like it. If I bought one and simply didn't like it could i actually return it and if so, how easy is it to return it to it's original packaging and would I have to spend a fortune on a courier?

The return process is fairly simple to be honest. Courier wise you'd be looking at £10-15 to return it unwanted. As long as you take care of the packaging, you should be ok to disassemble and return without issues.

Getting the gas lift removed from the base can be a nightmare on many office chairs, so taking it apart again can be very difficult. You may need to go to a specialist office furniture store where they have a tool for the job
