...How often do you need to change the dustbag?

We bought a Henry about three months ago to replace a crumby Samsung upright and so far we are still on the original fitted paper bag. The vacuum is still picking up okay but the capacity seems endless. That's based on vacuuming an average three bedroom house (including upholstery) once a week. I even bought a re-usable cloth bag thinking the paper bags would only do three or four weeks but so far lying unused!

Thanks for the info, guys. I'll heed the advice about checking the hose inlet isn't blocked as the bag gets fuller. I reckon it could be four or five months to actually fill it to the point where it needs changing. A superb vacuum, not too noisy either - unlike its immediate predecessor, an upright bagless Samsung which screamed like a banshee and leaked dust every where. Retired to the tip at six months old!
