I bought the Quake complete pack from steam a couple of days ago to use on my laptop, I am starting off the retro action with the first quake game.
Let me refresh your memory a little, when you start the game you are in a area (area1) and you have 3 hallways to choose from, easy/medium/hard, I chose the easy pathway for my first run through and was teleported to another area.
In this area (area2) you have 4 more hallways, each leading to a teleporter that takes you to the start of each of the 4 episodes. I have played through each of these episodes in order and retrieved the rune from each.
My understanding is that once you have all 4 runes a hole opens up in area2 and you go into it and fight the end boss. Well, that didn't happen for me? I think there must be a glitch somewhere as I have noticed there are 4 rune shapes on the far right of the info bar and only the 4th one is lit up.
Anyone come across this issue before?
