A question of temperature...

I have a 3770k clocked to 4.4 cooled by a h100i. my idles temps are 19,22,22,20 so all good, however under load (5 cycles of IBT at maximum) my temps are 65,73,70,65. (I use the method of overclocking where by I use vdroop to control the voltage)

Is the disparity between the outer and inner cores normal, I have reseated the cooler several times with no effect, the same results were seen, albeit with different values, with a h801 cooler also.

I am not overly concerned bout the temperatures themselves as it seems they are within what is expected, just the differences in core temps seems a little excessive.

Pretty common on ivybridge cpu's, at idle one of my cores reads as low as 5-12c sometimes. Impossible with an ambient room temp of 21c average.

Same sort of deviation at load.
