A quick Psu query

hello folks was just wondering if i need a upgrade ive currently got
5 hdds
1 ssd
ati hd4670
e6300 running at stock

now ive had a seasonic 400w since i built this pc about 3 years ago..and was wondering if its beefy enough to power my system havnt really had any problems with it though..cheers

i had a q6600 with a cooler master 212 cooler and for some reason it was giving me problems...yeah i will be upgrading but my system is only really used for browsing,music and xbmc..so for now its no biggie..cheers
