It wont hurt anything for me to remove the tiny little fan from my powerconnect 2724 will it?
Im using it at home and only using 8-9ports with maybe 3-4 being used at any one time for games and the odd download (virgin 150mbit)
The 16port (2716) is fanless see top pic below, the bottom pic is mine.
