A friend of mine has just upgraded his cpu from a phenom 2 to an 8350 and is running a saber tooth 990fx motherboard. He is getting warning popping up that his ram (I don't know what brand it is) and his pci-1 are hitting 60c. Are these temperatures dangerous or damaging? Apparently his cpu temps are fine.

Edit: Solved it, it seems when he installed the new cpu he decided that it would be a good time to clean his fans on his case. It turns out that he put one of the fans on back to front so he had 2 fans blowing air into the case. doh!
