This isn't really a moan/gripe about anything specific but just a bit thank you for the support Overclockers have given. Some of the time the good things don't get commented on.

Anyway about a week ago I bought myself a new gaming chair. Because my PC build is White/Black I went for one of the Vertagear SL4000 Chairs in White/Black. I left a review about the chair itself here. Anyway pretty much after a couple of hours I started to see some discolouration around the lumbar area. "Dye Transfer" I hear you shout, well no. I was very careful not to wear any denim type material, they're generally the culprits, and my other lounge chair, white leather, wasn't showing the same sort of issue. Skip on a few days it was getting worse, on closer inspection it looked like the top surface of the chair was being rubbed away.

Anyway, got in touch and ended up speaking to Luke P, not sure of his surname. Anyway after a bit of discussion he agreed to pick up the chair and refund me. No quibbles or trying to prolong the issue, just "we will collect it and refund you". Fantastic job, there aren't many companies that are so helpful. So just want to say a big thanks to Overclockers and specifically Luke P for dealing with my issue so promptly.

I have since replace it with a Noble Chair although scrapped the White/Black idea, so back to being a happy bunny. By the way the Noble is a nice chair, was a bit tricky getting the back on but it looks and feels nice. Feels a little hard but apparently that will go after a few weeks. Also discarded the lumbar cusion, way too uncomfortable.
