A quick "will it power it thread"?

Sorry for posting another one of these, I've been out of the loop for a while, so am not really too sure about these things.

Basically I have the following system;
E4500 @ 3.2
3870
2 HDDs + 1 optical
P35 Mobo
4Gb Ram

And have this power supply http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp... StealthXStream 500w Silent ATX2 Power Supply

I'm looking to upgrade to a 4850, just wanting to check that my power supply can handle it? Also, is there any chance of it taking a 4870 (with the required cable converters)?
