A quiet CPU cooler that isn't too large and can handle 4790k overlocked to 4.5ghz

I'm currently having a system built by overclockers. 4790k processor, Asus TUF Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 motherboard (without the extra unnecessary mini-fans), and for the case I chose a noise-dampened Lian Li PC-7FNWX http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-505-LL&groupid=2180&catid=2195

The official Lian Li website says that case has a maximum CPU height of 160mm. I want my PC to be as quiet as possible, so I went with the Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-008-BQ&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2340 Unfortunately it has now become out of stock.

What alternative would people recommend?

As well as the PC case having the 160mm height limitation, I personally would prefer to not have a cooler that is very wide or long and covers up most of the motherboard. I must admit that one of the reasons I went with the Sabertooth Z97 motherboard is for aesthetic reasons, I thought it looked cool! The Dark Rock 3 was an acceptable size, but most of the "powerful but really quiet" coolers that are under 160mm in height seem to be massively long and wide and dwarf the motherboards that they are attached to. And the other promising alternatives are out of stock as well. Grrr!

This ** Do not mention competitors ** page lists all the CPU coolers that can fit in the Lian Li PC-7FNWX case. ** Do not link to competitors ** Of course not all of them are provided by overclockers.

Can anyone suggest a CPU cooler that isn't gigantic, is quiet, is in stock (lol) and is good enough to allow a 4790k to be overclocked from 4.0ghz to 4.5ghz.

For overclocked haswell if looking at AIO the larger versions (h100, h105, h110, Swiftech H220) would perform better than the single length versions.
