Hey all, :)
I bought a a GTX470 about a year ago and it's been awesome - still playing everything all good - but after a little while in my little studio room as the room heats up the cards fans kick in and it gets a little loud.

Is there a card for up to say 200 pounds that would give me a bit of a performance boost and runs quieter than the 470?

the rest of the spec is - I7 2600k, M4 ssd, and 16GB of ram.

Cheers, Thomas. :D

The msi twin frozr 7850 would be a decent upgrade for you and very quiet too. For sale here for £195. Can't link as typing on my phone.

Sapphire
Rubbish warranty and questionable quality too. Just my personal opinion though, a lot of people on here seem to have problems with their cards. Worth the extra for the twin frozr IMO.

Yeah, the MSI and Gigabyte ones are good options for the OP, though I see the Sapphire is somewhat cheaper, and apparently quiet too.
