Instead of doing the obligatory welcome thread I thought I'd just jump right into it and show off my rig.

Don't ask me why I choose Industrial Eskimo as a name, I actually forgot. My mind is somewhere else often, but you will notice that later in the build.

The hardware I'm using:

i5 4690 (non K)
Asus z87 Sabertooth
GTX770 - Later R9 295x2
Corsair RM650 - Later Silverstone 850W
Samsung 850 evo 120gb
Seagate 1tb HDD (which died recently)

It all started off with a stock Raven 05 from Silverstone.

First small modification I do to all my cases. I use USB2.0 headers to clean up those pesky small I/O wire headers.

I continued by putting some coats of glossy clear coat on the plastic panels.

The black feet have been covered in black metallic paint. I also added some detailing bolts. Orientating myself on the current car scene where bolt on parts like fenders are a trend I personally love.

I then replaced the small side panel by a large sheet of cyan tinted plexi.

I was also able to pick up a 295X2 and a Silverstone 850W PSU. Thanks Happy! I also exchanged my Scythe Ashura for a bequiet Shadowrock LP.

From now on comes the controversy stuff. I experimented a lot with vinyl in and outside my case. Just have a look.

Yeah that's how it looks right now. Think what you like about it but I love it.
A mod to the 295 I haven't told you about yet is the radiator upgrade.

I used a 240mm rad as replacement. I choose that particular rad because it had multiple ports which I needed to bleed the loop.

In the end it all fitted very well together and the temps dropped by atleast 20°C.

If you have any questions feel free to ask!
I will catch you when I take that wrap off of my case. :D
