Hi guys, I'm looking into buying a second monitor, I'd prefer it to be under £100, the main thing I want is that it can swivel to 90 degrees (so portrait view) so I can use it for web browsing on the side of my main screen :)

Thanks in advance!

That's a very very meager budget, there's very few monitors that match those criteria and the majority have a resolution that makes it quite useless due to the screen then being smaller than most websites.
I think you need to increase your budget by at least 50%, maybe more.

As mentioned above, with that budget you really won't be able to find a decent brand new monitor that has that feature.

To meet those criteria I would look for a second-hand Dell Ultrasharp monitor - as these are good quality and come with stands that swivel to portrait mode. They also tend to use non-TN panels - so the issue with vertical/horizontal viewing angles when running a TN panel monitor on its side are avoided.

As for what specific monitor to look for I would strongly recommend the Dell Ultrasharp 2209WA. This is a 1680x1050 22in E-IPS panel monitor with a VERY good reputation. If possible, get one with the original box and some warranty remaining.

I've used 2x 2209WAs in the past and could thoroughly recommend them too. You might get lucky and find one 2nd hand for around £100.
