A simple web form

Hi guys!

Im making a simple site for a friend for his new car import website...

Basicly he wants a 'online quote' page where customers can enter details and then the form is emailed to him.....

These are the details he wants....

Make, Model, Colour, Year, Details, Budget, Payment Option 1 or 2

The afew lines down

Name, Telephone number, Email, Address, Email

Ive never done anything like this before, can someone show me how to do it, or better still knock something together for me ?

Im using Dreamweaver MX btw...

The form isnt the hard bit, the posting to email is (Well its striaght forward actually but harder than creating a form). Do you have any experience of server side languages, php or asp?
