A Slice of South Bank (a triptych?)

After posting another thread from my short trip to London on Saturday in which I said I mostly took a whole load of rubbish, I went back through my shots and had another look.
Then I noticed these 3 shots that I took one after the other on the way to the tate modern. On their own perhaps nothing special but when I looked at them together I thought they resonated together in terms of the colours and shapes.

I have never made a 'triptych' (if this counts as one) before so interested to hear opinions of whether it works.

The sky is blown but I'm hoping with the white border it's less important - I was actually tempted to remove that tree and see whether it merges in.
I was also tempted to go for some cross processing but I think the colours should stand on their own as they are already relatively strong.

The bottom left shot I think is some kind of photography group / lesson going on as they were all standing there taking pictures of the graffiti.

... I've never started so many threads in such a short space of time...

I like it, it's almost strange to see a "clean" set of photos.

The colours are punchy, and the subjects capture the area nicely.

Only criticism would be of the street kitchen for putting their bin there!

thanks, Yes I thought that about their bin.. They also have sauce slopped all over their counter but luckily I don't think they've developed a camera sensor for catching that one from that distance yet.
Maybe I can cover it up.. Stick a Christmas tree in front of it or something

I like it as a set, I think on their own the photo's probably wouldn't stand up but as a story they work together. The blown skies don't bother me people can be a little to obsessive and it looks like you had a really overcast day so even if you hadn't blown them there wouldn't be anything to see. The punchy colours really make the whole set hang together for me, nice to see a thread with something a bit different to the normal image below and image thing!

I like the colours but have you tried a b&w version. Just for comparision

I did have a quick look at B&W but I think without the colour as a theme there is not so much connecting the images.

Did you sign the Petition. Some Idiot in Government want to close down that part of South Bank where the Skateboarders and others hang out in order for Rich Gits to put up shops there. Boris Johnson has signed...I'm in Wales and I signed whilst I was there last week.

Thanks. I like the skate park and think it is what makes the south bank unique, that's what I liked about this set, as it encompasses pretty much the entire diversity of the south bank from arts & theatre to concerts, food and skate park, but at the same time I'm not sure people have to be so attached to that specific spot - provided it is accommodated for and given a prominent place in the 'new world' (since they were planning to redevelop the whole area a concrete skate park in the middle of everything else would be a bit odd.)
If a huge concrete behemoth like this was anywhere but the middle of london everyone would have wanted to tear it down long ago - but the sheer number of people there gives it a funny vibrancy that you wouldn't find in another town. Maybe I should sign..

I was watching total recall (2012 version) the other day and I have to say all the massive floating concrete buildings reminded me of the south bank...
