a small problemwhen opening some programs

when i open some programs for my pc and when booting it up it has this pop up which says HPQ_0002 (memory disc creator) and i tried to deleted the file were it was located but this didn't work, it has begun after i hadn't been on my pc for one week
Please help and advise me
