a software that clone partition from PC to other PC via network?

hi guys

do you know any software that i can boot up 2 PC's with CD, both PC's connected via cross-over cable. Then clone the partition from PC1 to partition on PC2?

it's for my work, every classroom got different software, i cant be bothered to take 2 PC's to my office, make image with ghost to file server with ghostcast server, deploy the image to another PC with ghostcast server.

i was working in different campus (full of Apple machines) few weeks ago, it can be done via firewire cable. so wondered if it's possible with PC's (XP)

edit: we were told we cant use ghost over college's network as it suck up the bandwidth too much. so have do it by not using college's network

yup use acronis ... connect the two via a crossover cable, image the partition or disk, then on the second machine, do a recovery and browse to the other pc or location for the image ... might have to generate a new sid and computer name if they're both going to be on the same network though

what? i've used acronis trueimage bootable CD million of times and never knew it can be done with this CD???

i dont want to save the partition to image somewhere then restore this said image to another PC.
