A 'spam' email, but the sender is labelled as myself?

Hi all,

As title really.

I was going to post this in the Windows, but figured more people would view it here and it is, I guess, a problem some may have seen.

The email sender is titled as my name (when I send emails) and the from address is my email address? I use Hotmail.

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen anything like this before?

Hovering over the 'verify your paypal' reveals some random URL so obviously a scam just wondering how they've spoofed the sender details?
