A Spec me thread. £650 Budget

My friend has asked me to stick a Gaming machine together. His Max budget is £650

I have had a look and stuck some bits and pieces together and come out with the following build. Any other suggestions please?

There appears to be a number of reservations regarding both the case and the PSU.

Go with what Stulid said, or maybe spend a little more.
