Well first things first, I am generally new here so if this is posted in the wrong section then I sincerely apologise!
Now, onto business. I've had my current setup for quite some time now, I'd say hitting the 4 year mark, for all it's served me really well, I can't help but feel that it's some what lagging behind today's new line of systems.
I am somewhat of an avid gamer, so something which could help my gtx670 blow through the games would be brilliant.
At present, I'm running the following setup and would basically like to know your thoughts and what you feel would be a sufficient upgrade which would see me through the next couple of years.
Intel Core i7 950 CPU
6gb Corsair DDR3 Ram
Gigabyte X58a-UD3R Mobo
Nvidia GTX 670 GPU
128GB SSD
500GB WD Harddrive
All of the above is housed within Corsair Obsidian 800d so size really shouldn't be an issue and I believe the SSD and the Hardrive are serving me well so I dont really see the need to change those out.
If someone could possibly point me towards a bundle with an intel CPU which is better than my current setup below the 500-600price range, then I'd be most appreciative. Anything lower is of course a bonus, but I'd hate to buy something which isn't really going to benefit me.
