hello this is a picture by my dad, he's only been taking photo's a couple of weeks but i think he's done a great job.. he wanted me to post this for some c and c so here it is :) only thing done to it was a slight crop by me and i cloned out a phone wire. edit: and added a border lol

nice picture, I think the sun is too bright lol (duh!) its hurting my eyes when am looking at it. But its a great shot
 
yea the sun is burnt out but i like that about it, i was gonna tone it down but i think it almost gives a reality about it, if that makes sense..as in if you were too look at the sun in real life it would hurt..ill get my coat lol :)
 
it nice, but the silhouette down the centre just ruins it to be honest seems as tho you either moved the camera or the exposure was long enough that the sun changed position during it.

Lens flare. Its very hard to not get a phantom sun when shooting directly at it. I've had loads of images ruined by it. Very annoying! Sometimes its an easy fix in photoshop though.
 
yea the flare is annoying, i did have a play with trying to fix that too but it just made the pic look silly (bad cloning skills heh).that said i dont think its too distracting, maybe im being biased coz its my dads shot hehe :)

edit: he says thankyou for the comments and asks what he can do for the flare, i explained that already though :)
