Basically, I am wondering if there is a software system, preferably, cheap or already builtin to windows, that would allow users to setups tasks under various 'mailboxes', retrieve them and action them, then mark them as completed.
An example to explain what i actually mean, we have around 16 networked machines through sbs2008 server. If you have 10 offices, 2 admin stations and 4 reception stations. We would need any of the machines to be able to generate a note or task upon say 3 separate lists, one for each of the admin people and 1 which all of reception could access and action.
The event could then be marked as complete when done.
Any suggestions for a very easy to install use and utilise system?
