A tiny problem that isn't worth a topic.

Have you checked your language settings ? It could be that your keyboard isn't set to the correct language so the > symbol may be in a different place

What do you get instead? You obviously get the full stop which is meant to be below the symbol. As TheKnat says it might be that the language settings aren't correct.

If that doesn't work then feel free to copy and paste this one >. ;)

I don't get anything, and it was working like 2 days ago because I remember using it.

Without shift I get . With shift I get nothing

Where do I change the language settings?

You change the language settings in the control panel under 'Regional and Language Options'.

Stupid question but have you tried using both different shift keys ? Could be that one of them has died

In that case its clear what the problem is...

The right shift key and the > key have had an arguement and now won't speak or work with each other. Get them both on the Jeremy Kyle show to solve their differences.

Hi TurnipHead,

This could be it - however, it doesn't look like it as you've used letters that appear on the num lock number keys.

But... if you're using a laptop you might have 'num lock' turned on.

That replaces:

. & >

with

. & del

Let us know if you get it sorted! ;)
