Does anyone remember The Nomad Soul it's just that i was digging through my shelves at home and lo and behold I find it. Does anyone have any fond memories of this multi genre game and has anything come out that imitates the Unique gameplay??

Really wanted to play the Nomad Soul. I tried the demo and it was a bit buggy and didn't really work control wise. But it looks really good, my need to source a copy of it :)

had it on dreamcast, got to the first fps section (in a shop i think) and the controls were that bad i had quit. From memory the trigger buttons moved forwards and backwards.

Reminds me of tresspasser, all the ingrediants of a great game, but somewhere it went horribly wrong

Yeah, i only played the demo, but boy it was rather immersive. I wish i had bought the full game. Such a free roaring style and a good story "from what I saw of it".

Why did the demo have to end in the police station :(.

Ps: I loved the hand to hand combat system, lol, thought it was really fun.

No one has mentioned David Bowie yet? Good game but I remember it really running like crap on my rig when it first came out!

Oh yeah David Bowie RULEZ!!!!:D

I have to say I have now re-installed it and re-kindled my love of the game & for all you people out there who played it but didn't finish it I suggest you do!. It's got me completely immersed at the moment I love the Fights especially the tournament! I'm gonna keep playin until I either complete it or I get my new graphics card & can play BIOSHOCK :p

aa, a great game. long and abit.. ahh what do i do now, i remember getting quiet far and then not knowing what i had to do.
for the people who dont like David Bowie, you could skip those singing bits in the bars.

the FPS mode was abit crap, but the story and beat em up modes were good.
i seem to remember them going to make a normad soul two, but got scraped half way through.

I loved that game. Could never beat the last boss though, so I've never seen the ending. Getting it to run on modern hardware seems a bit tricky. Last time I tried I got about 5 fps most of the time except it would occasionally go fast forward (as in both the fps and game play speed rocketed).

Weirdly I play this every now and again - mainly because I think it has such a great potential! I want to complete it though I have never gotten that far into it (around a good 8 hours worth of gameplay into it then somethings happened that I stopped playing it).

Really good game!
