A very weird dream

Basically i had a dream about getting a girl pregnant that i use to work with but the wierd thing was she didnt give birth,she like handed the babies in tiny bags as the babies was the size of a small packet of ceral bag or something, i could see the babies right through the bag and they had there eyes closed,i didnt know what todo with the 2 bags and went to a store to get baby food, i asked an assitant which baby food or something,she didnt get back to me and i was left with these 2 babies in tiny bags with there eyes closed,i eventually ripped opened the bags and then i see the babies change from a suffercated nearly dead look to alive and well and smiling at me, it was so bizare , i cant even get it out of my mind,i remember it all so well,its a very strange dream i will not forget, anyone else had a trippy dream where you remembered it soon as you wake and say say wtf to your self?
