A way to get a deleted file back in Linux?

GUI if possible, it is just 1 file in one deleted folder, it is not a must have, just want to know if I can get it back.

I'd probably mount the drive on another machine and try PhotoRec:

Photorec is a bit confusing, vid. files in one of the output dir. played, but not another??
