went for a short walk earlier, here's some shots :

That same old barn in setting sun. Blip of flash here. A fight with DoF!

The first two pictures are stunning, I think you couldn't do much to improve them. The third one doesn't do a whole lot for me really, but thats more due to the subject rather than the composition of the image. I think the second picture of the clouds and grass is the better one of the pair, and that the bush in the first takes up too much of the shot. The last picture looks quite good, but if it were intentional and properly framed might be a bit better :p

All in all, a great set of photographs

Funnily enough I'm the opposite way around. The first two don't really do much for me. Just a house and some grass. Maybe later in the day with a more interesting sky and warmer colours. The third is great though. Very cool detail in the textures. I prefer the portrait sky and grass to the landscape. It feels better.

Love 'em all :)
3rd is my fav though. Very funky angle and good use of remote flash.
Last two are really grea too, lovely sky

No IR today then? :p

Cheers for the comments chaps - interesting to see what different people think! :D

neverender ~ I left the filters at home

Was a bit gutted actually - you get some really interesting mega-contrast effects when the sun is very low.
