• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

... A wild GPU producer appears!

If they're targeting Linux then OpenGL is all they really need. The Chinese government are set to move over to Linux so they could still get massive government contracts. I wouldn't be surprised if one day China bans people from using Windows altogether so maybe it will lead to more games with Linux/OpenGL support as China is a massive market. Then again the CCP will probably make it illegal to play games before that happens.
