Well after getting all my stuff sold for my upgrade after christmas I am stuck, I say stuck for use of a better word, with my 1.2ghz G4 ibook 12" plugged into my Samsung 21" this might sound bad!

But with an amazing trick it turns the ibooks display off and uses all its amazing 32mb of video mem. to drive the 21" at its native res. and its awesome; as if I was using the ibook on its own.

Just a testament to the machine which is by todays standards a joke tbh

So yeah thats it really just amazed me that it can run a large display so well :D
 
I dug out Ye Olde iBook this week to try Leopard on it. With 512mb RAM it does get a little sluggish with all your apps open, but it handles all the new animations in Leopard very well.

Great little laptop.
