A worthy upgrade?

After reading various issues with my current motherboard (not to mention the current issues with it sometimes needing a reboot to get display, since I got a 5850..) with overclocking a Q6600 I think that maybe an i5 might be a better option.

I was in the same boat stuck at 1680 x 1050 my gf bought me the BenQ 24" for my bday a few months ago, have to say, love it :)

But yeah if i where you i'd get that 760. Not neccessarily that bundle, not to keen on the mobo, one that would perhaps allow you to go Crossfire later on with that 5850.

Dont forget you can sell your exisiting gear, you'd prob get around £80 to £100 for the chip, mobo and RAM combined.
 
Yep, just noticed the motherboard had changed to a mATX board so i am going to look around.

I think I have convinced myself, time to try and push that buy now button :D
