******A1 cores!

I've been getting them solidly for a day and a half now :/ (Nothing compared to .walls, but still)

.walls make sure you are running the SMP client version 6.29. Scroll to the top of your Terminal/Dos window to check the version.

Same advice to you Concorde (welcome back :))

Mine is running that, however I think I had downloaded the current unit before updating.

Im not around for long, just stress testing this Mac Pro then im out again, paying for my own electricity you see :p

WOOT!!!!

OK, so after what feels like forever (well over a month anyway) of solid core A1's I'm back up to speed (stats still updating), so I'll start off by issuing one of these to Sir-Les-MP:

Which will be followed by one of these

To Bigstan / Stan_Lite.

I know that Stan is out of the game for a bit.... but I'm sure he's reading this ;)

Good parping .walls :D

Sorry to hear that SiriusB, I'm not sharing the pain cos I'm doing some Rossetta@Home at the moment.

Shout out to shadowscotland!! The phrase better late than never springs to mind! ;)

OK - so stats still updating... and it looks like stan is going to be first with a huge drop from four and a half weeks to two and a half... which puts him just in front of Les (although, unless something silly happens in the mean time, it will be A LOT sooner than that for both of them ;))

EDIT: this is only temporary (I have other things to be doing with this kit!), but I need to make up lost ppd etc ;)

Enjoy Mr Biffa :)

It's the cost of DDR3 that puts me off building an -bigadv rig. I do have 2x1Gb DDR2 sat doing nothing tho... ;)

Me too, but when I saw:

DFI DK X58-T3eH6, Intel X58, SLi/Xf £94.99 +VAT
i7 920 D0 stepping 8MB Cache £175.53 +VAT
OCZ 6GB (3X2GB) DDR3 1333MHz/PC3-10666 £106.37 +VAT

My resistance crumbled.

What do you guys make of this? Still got the recurring A1 problem :(
