a10 6800k overheating

Just brought the a10 6800 and the temps are getting really high, it between 50c (no load and goes upto 118c
When using prim95

I have a large tower and it has a high airflow, the hardrives temp is between 30c-33
My r9 270x temps 29c to 35 max under full load

Same with the ram and mother board chips just 29-33c max

So really need some help, whats going on with my cpu temps

Used speedfan just stays 70 on all 4 cores max/min
Hwmontoir are the temps above
And the bios said 40-45c, sounds hot to me

Have I got a faulty cpu ?

I took your advice about the cpu not sitting right and have been looking up some a10 cpu reviews and it runs very hot, so if the cpu runs hot I am going to need a better heatsink so I have brought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and see if this works
