A200 firmware. Possible to upgrade?

I've seen a few people with other brand cameras are able to upgrade their firmware.

Is this possible with the Sony? Surely as new lenses come out the built in stabilization database will need upgrading?

Any ideas?

Had a quick look on the Sony Europe Support site for you camera and found this page,

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have any download links for new firmware.

is there any custom firmware, like there is for canons?

I was hoping for a firmware upgrade for my a300... but Sony haven't updated it and don't look like they're going to. I've not managed to find any custom builds yet either.
