A3 printer

Hi,

I am after an A3 printer to print out some photos for around the house. Any recommendations from people as to a good one? Are there any with decent after market ink to make printing a little more affordable?

Really happy with my Epson XP950, not tried aftermarket inks but after the last ink mortgage purchase, I'm going to try them next.
 
If its only for a few then would it not work out cheaper to order them online perhaps? Ive had this site bookmarked that I found on google in case I wanted anything printed but Im sure there are others available.

I agree.

If you are printing a lot or have specific requirements it might be worth buying a printer.

Personally I'm happy with online prints.
Even photobox did a decent job printing A3.

Having a calibrated screen made a big difference.

I'm a pro large format printer so printing at home would be a bit of a busmans holiday.
For the number of prints I make owning my own printer isn't worth the time or cost.

Were I to buy one I would do more research than ask on here :)
