See i thought i had done this, but can't seem to hear any audible change to my system, which i thought was a tad odd.
I've only got a case fan at the back, which is plugged into the mobo, again running at 50% and not hearing any difference when changing the speeds.
Set target to 60 degrees for testing (i have mine at 50 degrees)
It may be your target temp is too low - so the fans aren't dropping as they still trying to cool the cpu/system.
I would save your clock profile in the BIOS and try a cmos reset - and then try again.
Isn't the stock A50 fan a 3 pin fan? Meaning it won't respond to PWM control.
You might find you need to change a setting in BIOS and use Speedfan to slow the fan down.
Or get a PWM fan such as an Apache or Viper.
AFAIK i don't have any other software, i've got msi control center, but can't see anything in there that is out of the ordinary, and it's been this loud since i put the new build together.
