A6-3670K too noisy for htpc?

Currently looking at upgrading my htpc from a be-2350 45w and considering the A6-3670K. I am a little concerned about the 100w tdp.

Is anyone using one in a htpc and what is the noise like?

Surely it depends on what cooler you stick on it. Any AM3 fit cooler will be compatible and there must be some low noise solutions there.
