technically 6000mhz ram is considered overclocking
most likely the cpu imc cannot handle the speed/timings and you will need to tinker with the voltages if unstable
try 5600mhz first and see if it posts

Dram voltage is set to 1.4, did try on 5000 or even 5200 but nothing will run, whether I set other than default its just not posting. Restarting few times and go back to default 4800. Have just one expo profile for 6000 and jdec 4800. I did try with MCR is enabled and DDR power down is enabled also. Have no clue what else I can change or set.

How long have you left it? Unsure if it could be doing memory training at the high speeds which its not doing at 4800mhz?

Could set expo, leave it for 15 mins and then see if it comes to life?

Have you tried the ram in other slots on the motherboard?

Is the bio fully up to date?

if it works at JEDEC speeds but not others even after voltage/timing tinkering then it sounds like you've rolled a hard 1 on the CPU IMC lottery.

Have you had a look at FCLK speeds and SOC voltage, these 8000 series CPU are supposed to be able to run upto 2500FCLK, but for 6000mhz ram you should only need to set it to 2000FCLK, set soc volatge to 1.25v which will be perfectly safe, however you might be limited by the board, not sure how much you can change on a 620 series board, and how much is locked down, ive never used one.

AMD state the best config is 3:3:2, 3000mhz/6000MT/s RAM, 3000mhz MCLK, 2000mhz FCLK.
