over the last couple of days MSI Corecenter has been making a siren sound every now and then with absolutly no indication as to what is wrong, the only thing i can see that could be the problem is the Vcore being sat at 1.5v, is that the default voltage for the above cpu?

The comp crashed over the weekend and did start moaning at boot up so I dropped the FSB by 20mhz to bring it back down to stock speeds, Temps are ok , cpu idling at 36c and nb @ 46c, 3.3v @ 3.14, 5v @ 5, 12v @ 11.9,

    Any Ideas?

Thought the default voltage for the newcastle cores was 1.6V?

What volts are you putting through your memory? If I remember right the 3.3V rail supplies the juice for the ram.

And what is your complete spec?
