A64 IHS - putting it back on.

Hi, I have no interest in slightly lower temps and i'm interested in buying a A64 opteron off someone who has removed the IHS, I was wondering how do I put this back on? what do I do exactly to the word?
 
I've already got a venice at 2.7ghz, dont think i'll bother not worth the trouble by the looks of it, knowing my luck i'll probably kill the chip.
