Im trying to work out what gives better real world performance.

1T, 217Mhz 5-2-3 @ CAS2.5

was thinking of trying

2T 260Mhz 5-2-3@CAS 2.5, perhaps 6-3-3 @ 2.5 etc if it doesnt work out.

Which would be better, 1T, or 2T, but with 43Mhz extra bandwidth, and perhaps a slight increase in latency (I mean slight, I wouldnt use it, if it means I have to kill my latencies, as I know how much A64 likes latency)

Thanks, anyone with experience in this, welcome :D

on AMD tighter timings are better so if you can keep CR (T1) with lower latencies you should get better perfomance.

bandwidth is more important when talking C2D, but tighter timings are always good.

Probably not, even in the case of the 1T to 2T case as you're getting more than 40MHz more out of them which'll help make up the difference, you would really need to test them to see, but I suspect you'll find the differences un-noticeable.

Ok thanks :)

Pulled back to the 175 5-2-3@CAS2 right now, as I dont have any more precise dividers than 133/166etc, SuperPi1meg was exactly the same though, so unless I see a difference, I'll stick to the guiding rule of latency is more important than 42Mhz.
