A64 x2 Temp

I am running a x2 4600 @2600MHz [220x12].
At full load Folding & BOINC 1 core is always 3C hotter than other, by Core Temp utility, with stock HSF.
Is this "normal" for dual core A64's?

Not sure if you any of you guys has the same problem, but if I run core temp in the background it will shut my pc off randomly, .

Have you put tick in "disable overheat warning" in settings?
