A8N-E replacing chip set cooler

It does in theory, but i found that the core on the nf4 sli chipset is too small for it to stick properly and mine fell off resulting in a bsod.

Does your graphics card have a dual slot cooler?
If so, you will end up with a space of 40mm x 40mm x 10mm in which to remove the massive amount of heat that the nf4 creates, and doing that silently or quietly is impossible.
