A8V VM SATA drive help.

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of trouble helping a friend out with getting a "Samsung Hard Drive 2TB Spinpoint 3.5 inch 5400rpm EcoGreen" going as a media drive.

I think that I would need to make the sata floppy thing if I wanted to install windows on it but I just want it as a secondary drive so wandering if I can bypass this?.

The Drive shows in the BIOS but not in windows anywhere, and I can't find any updated sata drivers :s
I haven't touched older components for a while now so I am a bit stuck, can anyone help?

Goto control panel/computer management/disk management then you will probably see the drive there but it just needs formatting and assigning a letter/logical partition.

just right click the shaded area and select the right option.
