AAA 1.5v Batteries

Sounds like it's the tuner that's at fault, rather than the batteries, given that you have tried it with 2 known good sets and it still isn't working.
 
People automatically assume Duracell are the best batteries but that's not always the case. Some batteries suit some products better than others. I work in a toy shop and the number of times I get someone returning a toy that won't work despite sticking brand new Duracell batteries in it infront of me but then works when I put another brand in is surprising. I think Duracell are slightly different in size aswell.
 
Going to post a you tube of the tuner getting destroyed so that some of you who are hanging on that part will get your fix.

Yet the orriginal batteries that came with it that are pretty much dead give it a short burst of life beffor running out?

Seems a lot arround here didnt read his whole post:rolleyes:
 
dont talk to me about batteries - having a nightmare with some of them in my equipment!
