What would you do you do when a woman driving her large car won't get back on to her side of the road? :(

That'll learn me.

Stop, stick your headlights on and mash the horn? I wouldn't willingly crash into someone even if I was sure it would be "their fault".

I had similar predicament except the other vechicle was a bus :(

Only had the car for 1 week and ended up curbing front left alloy..... was gutted

This happens to me on a daily basis - I have scuffed the curb a few times dodging that - never mounted the curb, they have no sense of spacial awareness :(

I'd have stopped (obviously), just to ensure the blame is squarely on the silly bints shoulders if there's a shunt, normally they over-dramatically swerve into a bush at the last minute.

Unlucky. In all honesty though, whats the least hasstle? A slightly kerbed alloy, or a middle-of-the-road accident, insurance details, car damaged, payouts, courtesy car... maybe the claim would be judged as split? Then you'd wish you'd kerbed the alloy...

Can't blame you for feeling like wishing you'd smacked her car though - there's some seriously inconsiderate drivers about!

Really I suppose I should have gone even slower than I was already going, even to a stop if necessary. It's only a scrape on the very outer edge wheel, and it's an 8 year old car but it's still annoying. (Like when you get a new phone and it gets its first scratch on the screen :o)
