Bought a new DGM 27" Monitor off here for 350 quid about a month ago... Returned it due to a fault just over a week ago.... Been sent a B Grade replacement which has a dead pixel.
Is it general practice to replace a faulty monitor with a B grade? Surely this cant be right? And is there anything I can do about it?
