Bit of a random question but I'm hoping I'll get slightly more sensible answers in here than GD :D

We're off to Aber for a couple of days next week with the little one and fingers crossed the weather will at least be dry so I'd like to take a walk up to the hill fort, does anyone know if I'll be able to get a pushchair up there as well? Not sure I fancy the hike with her in the chest harness :o

Was there yesterday, will ask my mum. If you like tapas, recommend Ultra Comida for lunch, lovely place.

Edit - her response
You can get part way because there's a proper track and also the lower part has a cycle track. But the last part up to the monument is rough so probably not possible (scrambling).

I'd say it might be do-able, depends on the pushchair and if it's been raining.

The track isn't very wide and after you turn and start walking up it's not really a proper stone track.

Excuse the 14 year old photos.

Ultra Comida is amazing. Always get a sandwich and cake for lunch when we're back in Aber. Even once when I had less sense went on a 4 hour round trip just to get lunch from there.

Medina is great and very accommodating for children.

There's a Lounges place there.

Arabic Flavour wasn't open when we were last there but it's supposed to be brilliant.

I'm actually thinking about heading that way for a few day in summer. I have massive nostalgia for Aber since my brother went to uni there.

I imagine £1 a pint before midnight at the bay isn't a thing anymore. And even if it is its not family friendly.

Apart from getting a steam train to devil's Bridge and visiting the animalarium what else is good up that way.

Sadly The Bay is now the Premier Inn.

You can probably still get a Tuborg for a quid at Inn on. Haven't been in there in many years so could have been gentrified and only sells Italian coffees and artisanal bread now.

We've not found anywhere selling me a pint for less than £5, possibly spoons but the clientele looked rough even for spoons when we walked passed earlier so decided not to find out :o
